Contemporary Condo: Organization Overhaul, space design, project management

Once the primary home of my client, this secondary dwelling was in need of a total overhaul. After she moved out, her goal was to downsize her belongings and transform the condo into an Airbnb guest space. I created a manageable process for her to decide what to keep, sell, or donate. I then created a custom space design plan that included storage and furniture sourcing, cabinetry design, paint design, project management, and a storage unit inventory spreadsheet.
